Terms and Conditions
(1) Eligibility
Promotion is open only to entrants who complete submit an eligible entry as indicated in section (3) and who of legal age as specified in the statutes and laws of the country the entrant is residing in as of the date of entry. Employees of Involved Management, Anjunabeats, Anjunadeep and affiliated partners, sponsors, spouses and relatives are ineligible to enter. These details will be checked during the “entry vetting period” (see point 6)
(2) Promotional Period Eligible entires received between Monday 14th July 2014 and August 5th 2014 will form the judging pool.
(3) How To Enter This is a game of skill and the judge’s decision is final. To win, an entrant must submit an eligible entry hereafter referred to as an ‘entry’. An entry must adhere to the following rules to be eligible for judging.
- Entry must be received within the timeframe indicated in section (2). Late entries will not be accepted
- Entry must be posted on a publicly accessible (i.e. not set to ‘private’) social media profile such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
- Entry must be a photo of the sky posted publicly to a social media profile with the hashtag #BLUESKYACTION and, where relevant, tagging Above & Beyond’s social media profile
The entry must be your own personal work and we will ask for proof before republishing in any format.
(4) Prize Pool 2 major prizes of 2 x general admission tickets to an upcoming Above & Beyond show to be selected by the contestant. Total value of prize pool will not exceed £200 RRP but may be less than that determinate upon the face value cost of general admission tickets to the event selected by the winner. Tickets to Above & Beyond performances at certain festival events and private events do not form part the major prize pool. The winners will be advised of these restrictions during the “entry vetting period” (see point 6 ). The winner must be able to travel to the show and accommodate themselves. No Prize is not refundable for cash. Prize is not transferable.
(5) Rights Granted By You If selected as a winning entry, you understand that Involved Management and anyone acting on behalf of Involved Management or its respective licensees will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name and entry without any further compensation.
(6) Vetting During the judging period, winning eligible entries will be notified via social media. At that point, Involved Management will check the details of the entrant and verify their eligibility for the prize. If a winner is contacted and does not respond within 48 hours the prize is null and void and will go to a second chance draw. Similarly, if a winner is contacted and is discovered to be ineligible for the prize (i.e. underage or impaired in such a way that they cannot safely attend a concert as part of the prize) the prize is null and void and will go to a second chance draw.
